How it works:
- We will schedule your appointments 12 months ahead.
- It doesn't matter whether you bring your dog every 2, 6, 8, 10 or 12 weeks. You pay a fixed sum once a month.
- If you cannot make an appointment (holiday, etc) just let us know and we'll move that appointment for you - all the others will stay the same. Please be sure to give us a minimum of 48 hours' notice to avoid our late cancellation policy.
- Top Dog fees are paid on the 25th of every month.
- We work out how much your annual grooming bill is and divide it by 12.
Your prices will be based on your current price and will be frozen for at least 12 months after you join the Top Dog Scheme, protecting you from annual price rises.
To join our VIP Club, you must meet certain criteria:
- The dog must be a fully grown adult (over 6 months)
- You agree to keep to an agreed grooming schedule appropriate for your dogs coat and taking into consideration any maintenance grooming performed at home
Our Benefits:
